Mark Brownstein, an insurance expert for many years, has taken on the role of helping seniors and disabled adults who may require some level of extra support at home. Mr. Brownstein recently signed a franchise agreement to bring My Elder Advocate to Westchester County, New York.
What Mark Brownstein discovered when he began researching in home care and other home health care services throughout the county was that while there were plenty of agencies and providers offering individualized services in this area, but that there were no organizations in place that could help families figure out how to navigate this industry and find the optimal level of support for their loved ones.
My Elder Advocate is an organization that has been supporting families and seniors for many years get through the options and choose the ideal ones for their loved ones. Jack Halpern, President and CEO of My Elder Advocate has been providing support and assistance to families and seniors in need for more than 30 years.
Mr. Halpern states that the elder care system in this country has been fragmented, confusing, and even potentially dangerous at times. He has been advocating for years that elders deserve to be able to grow older with dignity and respect and maintain as high a quality of life as possible.
As noted in a PR entitled, My Elder Advocate Franchise To [sic] Open In [sic] Westchester, NY, posted on PRWeb:
“My Elder Advocate provides families with services that span the entire elder care continuum including: longer term care planning, home health agency placement and nursing home crisis intervention, to name a few. “I have been helping elders and elders [sic] families for nearly 30 years.” Said Jack Halpern, President and CEO of My Elder Advocate. “Our mission is to help families confidently navigate the complex, fragmented and sometimes dangerous elder care system. Our elders deserve to age with dignity and live the best quality of life possible and that is what we are all about.”
My Elder Advocate’s founders had been in the industry for more than 30 years and recently decided it was time to expand their reach and allow interested individuals to franchise. They began offering franchises in 2015 with the hope that they would be able to provide this level of support in other areas across the country.
Now families and others throughout Westchester County, New York will be able to enjoy the benefits of quality information and support when an elderly or disabled loved one requires some type of in home care.
